ON-SITE C CHECK & WORKING PARTY INCOMING INSPECTION


We can perform Incoming Inspection to establish the condition of the aircraft when inducted in a MRO at the MRO location or as a stand-alone activity.

The inspection includes a GVI of the aircraft and cabin plus the accessible internal zones such as, inside the Engine Cowlings, the Undercarriage, Avionics and APU bays.

At the time of the incoming inspection a review of the Tech Log and deferred defect list can be done.

All physical damage can be supported by digital photo evidence.

After the Inspection, we can provide our Incoming Inspection Report, or use any customer form.


ON-SITE C CHECK & WORKING PARTY MONITORING & FOLLOW-UP


We can provide on-site Representatives to ensure the on-time, on-cost and to specification completion of maintenance C-checks, refurbishment or working parties.

Duties of our on-site representatives are usually:

• Be a focal point for the MRO for all working party technical matters and logistics if specifically required by our customer.

• Identify and immediately highlight risks to the project schedule and cost.

• Anticipate any deviation concerning: Planning, Cost, Airworthiness, Operational phases (ground test & flight test), Delivery phases.

• Monitoring of the MRO performance of the Work-scope and manage the out of scope works, provide the customer with information (estimated man hours, lead-time and main parts) necessary to make decisions on the accomplishment of additional out of scope works.

• Ensure that all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the approved maintenance program and released in accordance with Part 145 rules.

• Participate to the production meeting with the MRO.

• Ensure that the effective Work-scope revision has been taken into account by the MRO.

• Issue daily and/or weekly reports to the customer.

• Ensure a daily survey of the logistic activities such as components request, kits delivery and lead times in coordination with the customer and/or MRO logistic department.

• Ensure the correct segregation and dispatch of removed parts.

• Witness ground and flight test.

• Manage deferred works with the Customer maintenance organization.

• Assist the customer for ferry flight preparation.

• Coordinate aircraft departure with the flight crew and/or customer flight operation department.


At the end of the C-check or the working party, our representative will provide a list of agreed extra costs resulting from any additional work not specified in the initial work-scope.


STORAGE & DE-STORAGE SUPPORT

For new or used aircraft, we can coordinate, monitor and follow the on-site Storage/Survey/De-storage activities.

Our duties during the different phases of the aircraft storage can be but are not limited to:


• Perform incoming inspection.

• Survey the storage process in order to detect any non-conformity to the storage procedure. This will include monitoring of the MRO Trouble Shooting process at the arrival of the aircraft.

• Check if storage conditions are in accordance with local environment.

• Monitor the storage periodic surveys and analyse defects to help our customer to make decision about rectification matters.

• Survey the de-storage process and manage rectifications.

• Review the MRO technical records and on the board documentation.

• Monitor the inspection of the aircraft and ground test in accordance with the Return to Operation procedures listed in the AMM.

• Manage the closing of the storage and de-storage issue(s) with the MRO responsible of the aircraft.

• Check and accept the Certificate of Release to Service from the MRO in order to allow Ferry Flight.

• Check deferred items for conformity with MEL or CDL if any.
